Contractual Parties
The contractual parties are Hotel Dolenjc d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the “Hotel”) and the guest. If a third party makes a reservation on behalf of the guest, such third party shall be jointly and severally liable together with the guest for all obligations arising from the contract.
Conclusion of the Contract
The contract is concluded when the Hotel receives written confirmation of the reservation from the guest and when the Hotel sends the reservation confirmation to the guest. By doing so, the guest is deemed to fully accept these General Terms and Conditions.
Currency
All prices are stated in euros (€ / EUR) and include VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Reservation
The guest may make a reservation:
- in writing via e-mail: booking@hotel-dolenjc.si,
- by phone: +386 40 50 10 10,
- in person at the hotel reception,
- through websites and online booking portals.
In the case of reservations made through online booking portals, the guest also agrees to the terms and conditions of the respective portal.
Cancellation or Modification of Reservation
For reservation changes or cancellations, the guest should contact the Hotel via e-mail at booking@hotel-dolenjc.si or by phone at +386 50 50 10 10.
Cancellation Policy
Withdrawal from the contract for distance purchases is possible within 14 days after purchase.
The following cancellation terms apply (unless otherwise agreed):
- up to 7 days before arrival: free cancellation
- 6–2 days before arrival: 50% of the total reservation amount
- 1 day before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total reservation amount
In the event of early departure, all reserved nights will be charged.
Special conditions apply to group reservations (more than 5 rooms).
No-show
If the guest does not check in on the day of arrival and does not notify the Hotel, a charge will apply in accordance with the cancellation policy (100% of the reservation value).
Payment
Available payment methods:
- cash,
- bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro),
- advance payment via pro forma invoice.
The Hotel reserves the right to request prepayment or a credit card guarantee.
Services
The Hotel’s basic service is accommodation with breakfast, unless otherwise agreed.
Price Includes
The price includes:
- accommodation with breakfast,
- wireless internet (Wi-Fi),
- parking,
- bed linen and towels.
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: from 14:00
- Check-out: until 11:00
The Hotel will hold the reserved room until 22:00 on the day of arrival. In the event of a later arrival, the guest must notify the Hotel in due time.
Hotel Registration
Upon check-in, guests must present a valid identification document (identity card or passport) in accordance with applicable legislation.
Tourist Tax
The tourist tax is charged in accordance with applicable legislation and the regulations of the competent municipality. The tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price.
Children under 7 years of age are exempt from the tourist tax. Children aged 7 to 18 are charged €1.25 per night. Persons over 18 years of age are charged €2.50 per night.
Pets
Pets are allowed only upon prior agreement and subject to an additional charge. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to animals.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the Hotel. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
If the smell of tobacco is detected in the room or other indoor areas, or if it is determined that the guest has smoked indoors, the Hotel reserves the right to charge a deep-cleaning fee of €50.00. This fee shall be charged regardless of the duration of the stay.
Parking
Free parking is available for guests. The Hotel assumes no responsibility for any damage to or theft of vehicles and items left inside them.
Damage
The guest is liable for any damage caused to the Hotel’s inventory, equipment, or premises. The Hotel reserves the right to charge for any damage incurred.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid until the date stated on the voucher. If no date is specified, the voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Early Departure
The Hotel is not obliged to refund payment for unused nights in the event of a guest’s early departure.
Applicable Law
These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Slovenian courts.
Privacy Protection
The Hotel processes and protects all guests’ personal data in accordance with applicable personal data protection legislation (GDPR). The data is used exclusively for the purpose of providing services and fulfilling legal obligations.
